All sales are final. No change-of-mind returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Every item sold through Masterpiece Art House is produced to order specifically for you. Because each piece is created on demand as a bespoke item, it cannot be restocked or resold, and is therefore exempt from change-of-mind returns. This applies to all product categories, including one-of-one originals, limited editions, and special-release art objects.
Once a transaction is completed and payment is processed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for change of mind, incorrect format selection, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged, faulty, or misprinted items.
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, defective, or with a production error, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund with our fulfillment partner.
Cancellations.
Because items enter production quickly after purchase, cancellations can only be honored if the order has not yet been sent to production. Once a piece has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping address accuracy.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders that fail to deliver or are returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility, and any reshipment may incur additional cost.

All pieces are produced to order and fulfilled through our professional print partner. Orders move through two stages: production (creating and hand-finishing your piece) and delivery (transit to your address).
Production. Wall art, framed prints, and gallery canvases are typically produced and dispatched within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.

Delivery estimates are provided by our fulfillment and carrier partners and are not guaranteed. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships (U.S. orders are always tracked). Masterpiece Art House is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
The purchaser owns the authenticated physical piece but does not acquire the copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or the right to create derivative works. Ownership does, however, include the right to display the physical piece — see Commercial & Trade Display below.
All copyright, reproduction, publishing, merchandising, licensing, and derivative-work rights remain exclusively with Al West and Masterpiece Art House unless expressly transferred through a separate written and signed agreement.

These restrictions govern reproduction, not display. Physical display of a lawfully purchased work — including in commercial and public-facing interiors — is expressly permitted under the Commercial & Trade Display terms below.
Masterpiece Art House artwork is created for hospitality, luxury residential, and commercial interiors. Purchasers are welcome and encouraged to display their work publicly.
Display rights. The lawful owner of a physical artwork may display that physical piece at the property or project location identified in the purchase documentation — including hotels, resorts, restaurants, lounges, offices, lobbies, amenity spaces, model residences, and other public-facing interiors. No additional permission is required.
Interior photography. Photography of a completed interior containing the artwork is permitted for the property’s own marketing, portfolio, press, and listing use, provided the work is credited to Al West / Masterpiece Art House where a caption or credit line is customary. Design firms, architects, and developers may include such photography in project portfolios and award submissions on the same terms.
What still requires written authorization. Ownership of the physical piece does not transfer copyright. Reproducing the artwork itself — as merchandise, wallpaper, printed or digital advertising in which the artwork is the subject, licensed imagery, or derivative works — requires a separate written agreement, unless expressly granted in a project agreement.
Multi-property and repeat installations. Where a project calls for the same work across multiple rooms, floors, or properties, edition quantities and usage terms are documented in the project agreement issued through the Trade Program.

Every purchase includes an auto-generated Certificate of Authenticity (COA) containing the artwork title, unique artwork ID, SHA-256 verification hash, edition details, and a QR verification code. Certificates can be verified at any time through our public verification system.
Masterpiece Art House offers works across several clearly defined edition types. The edition type for each piece is stated on its product page and Certificate of Authenticity.
One-of-One Originals (1/1)
A singular work that will never be re-editioned, reprinted, or reproduced. Once sold, no further copies exist.
Limited Editions
A fixed number of authenticated copies (e.g., Edition of 5, Edition of 33, Edition of 77). Each copy is individually numbered. Once the stated edition size is reached, the edition is permanently closed and never reprinted.
Art Objects & Special Releases
Non-traditional formats such as skateboard decks, books, and other collectible art objects. Each release states its exact edition size and numbering. Edition limits are enforced identically to limited-edition prints.
